Easy to get around with Grab, don’t understand why local taxis charge 3 times more, and then try to knock the price down when you say no. Too many shopping malls with very high end designer shops.

It depends on preference. For someone who wants to go shopping, it is a good place, while for someone who wants more cultural content, KL offers a rather modest content. The traditional architecture is very neglected and it is obvious that the city's designers are focusing on consumerism and shopping tourism.

1.The hotel was next to monorail station, thus it was super easy for us to travel and explore the city.

4.Concorde KL maybe one of the oldest hotel in the city but it certainly on the same par with other 4- 5 stars hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked a family room, however, due to the hotel overbooking, we were provided with the suite that has 2 bedrooms. Although the suite was still under some minor works, the room was clean. They provide basic toiletries such as dental kit, shampoos, and towels. Coffee and tea were also available. The location is great for those wanting access to Sentral station. Laundry facilities also available next to the hotel.
The location was excellent, just 4-5 minutes from Bukit Bintang and Pavilion. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with lots of restaurants nearby and local malls within walking distance. The journey to the airport took 40-45 minutes.
overall i satisfied..staff so friendly..the hotel very cheap but i feel at 5 star hotel..near with kl sentral..easy to find eat..will repeat to stay here 🫶🏻..
