The staff was reactive, friendly and super helpful, the locker in our room was broken and they changed it quickly, we decided to extend our stay and they managed to keep the same room so we didn't have to change just for one night. Drinkable water available, coffees and other drinks available and free at the reception. Super clean ! Definitely recommend.

It gets worse from previous visits.. This town is a bit run down and I think better planning and maintenance could be done. It used to be a much better spot to hang around.
There is a seafod stall name Ka Kee Lang which serves great food with very reasonable price. Much better than its neighbour stalls.
A eatery opposite Sri Langkawi mini mart, which sells mamak / arabian food is also worth the visit.

Everything is near.
Everything is near. You can go shopping for chocolate, minyak gamat & aroma terapi, kain batik etc.
Unfortunately, Dataran Lang is closed for renovation until further notice.
Nearby there is Lagenda Park, a good area for taking photos, a splendid view & clean.
You must go to Warung Roti Canai Penarak in the morning for breakfast. Roti canai is so good with a variety of kuih too.

favourite Kuah town for activities for mangrove tour and dream forest less than 20minutes from hotel, splash out and royal yatch club less than 10 minutes. very easy in Kuah town and food hunting walking distance. Try to avoid park in restricted or compound area because you will get fine and summons from PBT

Places to visit were the large park approaching Eagle Square, the Jetty, Maha Tower, beautiful sunsets, Giant Eagle Statue, Shopping Plaza & serene beach near the jetty. Maha Tower changes colour after sunset. Hotel staff very helpful & friendly & free buffet breakfast was also very good with a variety of choices of food. Afternoon high tea was also included for free for an extra nibble with coffee, tea or juice.

The people , the food, overall prices as this is a duty free island... Very easy to navigate in a car.. plenty of places tosee and experience.. Cable Car... Oriental Village, Resteruants, Pentai Chenang.. Yellow Beach Cafe.. Underwater World... Green Coconuts... Malaysian Cuisine. Thai Cuisine, Indian Cuisine...all excellent.. Good Clean Water...No Tummy upsets as per other Asian experiences.
From my personal experience, everything’s well and nice. It’s clean and the facilities are in good condition. The location is at the heart of town (Kuah) in which it helps for visitors to get things in need at a walking / short distance. Banks, eateries are all around the area.
Although it’s not like a high end hotel, it’s a nice place to stay.
The location of this hotel is great. Just 5 mins from Kuah town and Dataran Lang/Jetty. It has complete facilities inside the room but you can’t expect it to be like 5 star hotels. They provide 2 beds, aircond, refrigerator, tv, water heater and small wardrobe.
Everything is fine cause this hotel was located at the center city of Kuah so easy for us get food, chilling place..n staf so friendly n dont worry about your parking cuz they already provide parking car
