Capri was located very near the CIQ, but traffic to and fro was a nightmare due to ongoing construction around the vicinity. Upon arrival, we had a slice of anniversary cake surprise. Thank you for the sweet touch.
After a swim at Capri, we headed to Taman Pelangi to eat seafood but bad traffic took us very long to come back at night.
The one bedroom suite was spick and span. The bathroom was so large with a separate shower and deep soak tub that was wonderful. The tub is large and long enough for a proper soak, with none of the scale and slime. Rainshower had wonderful water pressure.
Caprilicious provided a superb breakfast spread. Well stocked salad bar with a variety of cheeses and a surprise selection of artisanal bread. International fare like the usual Malaysian rendang chicken etc (dun eat the fishball noodles..not nice)
There is a well equipped gym and laundry machines nearby on that same level. The spin and Play room featured washers and dryers ( 6 ringgit and 8 ringgit respectively), and one can play the nintendo provided in that room while waiting.

It is definitely a fantastic getaway from the hustle of Singapore! The local food has always enticed us. We love eating at the Nasi Kandar Hijrah restaurant. A family trip to Johor Bahru is an activity that we look forward to!

A little away fom JB town centre but with a car & apt next to Paradigm Mall, it was a good experience. We went to nearby Sutera Mall where locals frequent, drove to Austin Hills, Mid Valley Southkey, KSL Mall.

Johore Bahru is A GREAT PLACE TO VISIT. They are A Lot of Good EATERIES and the night scene in Mount AUSTIN, IS WONDERFUL. I will VISIT Johore bahru again. Lovely city with a very mixed community, Plenty of Grab services too.

I like visiting Johor Bahru for shopping, massages, movies and eating. Aeon shopping center and Thai Odyssey Massage are great. There are other fun activities in the area with Lego Land and golf. Getting around is easy with your own car. Grab transport service is also available. I would not stay here as a commute to Singapore activities though. The immigration process can be unpredictable with timing. We spent nearly 4 hours in traffic jam from Singapore to Johor Bahru. Then 1 hour Johor Bahru to Singapore.
location accessible. near KSL mall. our room newly renovated with breakfast included as foreigner eating local food is absolutely great. I like the rendang and Nasi Lemak. right across the hotel and beside there’s a lot of eateries. I love the most is the Century street food. food was amazing and value for money . there’s also a salon in the lobby for my hair color and haircut. way cheaper too than singapore rate. we managed also to ask for late check out without additional charge as my hair was not done until 1pm.
We start from below, i like how the bell boy always greets us every time we met, asking how we are, had our lunch, etc. He should get some rewards for being so generous. Every 4 star hotel needs a person like him to lighten up all the guest day. The receptionist was friendly too! Not much about receptionists as not always we see them. The room was so big! Compared to the website picture! The breakfast was great too. Location wise was so convenient! Will definitely come back again.
The service and facility is top notch and definately my top choice of hotel to stay in JB. The breakfast is complete Malaysia cuisine and taste wise is good. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay as good as it can be. Finally I would want to express my deepest appreaciation to Mr. Specially Kim Tuan for the arrangement made during my stay. Please do extend my appreaciation to the rest of your team.

Excellent Service, Cleaning is like 5 star hotel, value for money. Good place for family stay. Staff is very friendly, provide immediate service. I would say it is the best Budget Hotel. This experience has changed my views about budget hotel. During my visit in December I was staying in a 4 star hotel in JB but due to some reasons I had to cancel my hotel stay with that hotel and I booked the Milan Hotel. Milan Hotel is exceptional as Budget Hotel.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable and came with all the usual amenities you would expect to have at a homestay. Great value for money as well for big groups. We stayed in a large apartment with 4 bedrooms, for a fraction of the price it would have cost in a full service hotel. Owners were also very responsive to answer questions via WhatsApp, and also pretty detailed with their check in and check out instructions.
Walking distance to JB Sentral CIQ. Also there is nearby Bazaar Karat if you are looking for night walk activity in town.
Mamak food stall is right next to the hotel if you need quick bites. Note that the receptionist will ask for a deposit of RM100 in cash before handing you the room key.
The price is very reasonable. Aircon wifi. Room and toilet looks alittle old but clean. Bed is very comfy, bed is clean and tidy. Location is nearby Jalan dedap food street. Room size is also ok. Can have breakfast below there is coffeeshop Overall a pretty worth while budget hotel.
Location is conveniently near City Square and Jalan Wong Ah Fook. Plenty of food options nearby, including the Meldrum Street night hawker street. Room is basic but good value for the price paid. Hotel is generally clean and quiet.
