BM is a nice place to visit. Food is good and people are friendly. The main issue is roads are confusing. Parking is a hassle as place is limited. Vehicles are parked randomly, causing inconvenience. There isn't enough information for shopping in BM.There are not enough signboards showing the way to the destination, looked for. Lastly suggestion please keep hotel cigarette smoke-free atmosphere. Thank you

Not sure... because most people I know, they go to BM for visiting St Anne Basilica, it is indeed worth. There's a Historic piece inside the church compound. Good that I walked around it. To be honest, didn't get a proper walkaround in BM, perhaps on next and longer stay. I will go around

It has been more than 20 years since I last visited Bukit Mertajam. It has changed so much for the better. The hawker food is definitely value for money compared to the island and I would say that I would definitely eat more of the famous food like char koay teow, prawn mee, chendol here. However, I must confess that hygiene in some of the hawker stalls needs to be improved. It is very easy to move around in the town.

Infinity pools are great!
Infinity pools are great! Low density of customer, you will have your peace of mind there. A lot of restaurant nearby, very convenient. However, do not expect too much of the reception staff, we didn't get our baby cot and razor until end of our stay. The security guard are nice to help you carry the luggage and stuff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilitated with washing machine, microwave and kitchenette. Great view from the room. Great for family stay.
View outside the balcony is so stunning since the unit is at the highest level of building (22nd level)...Got swimming pool and jacuzzi (shared with other residents)...Not too far from the Penang bridge (the first bridge and accessible to Georgetown)...Got upstairs directly to barbeque foyer...all these 3 bedrooms got each one toilet...got washing machine and also Coway water dispenser...this unit is so spacious for my family...the host is really a nice and helpful guy (can asking anything regarding the house thru whatsapp)
Conveniently located next to a large food court and very close to Icon City (a retail district with numerous restaurants and convenience stores). There is an attached cafe where breakfast can be purchased at a discounted rate. Room was clean and comfortable, albeit small. Shower can be switched between rainfall and handheld attachments. There's a balcony with a decent view over Juru/Bukit Mertajam - we saw Deepavali fireworks.
1)everything is so NEW ! & CLEAN ! seriously , everything !

I love the ambience, the kampung style. Before this, I came to Penang by staying at the hotel. After discovered this homestay, I felt I'm staying in a house, waiting my husband everyday to arrived from home (he works in Penang and I work in Perak, so during school holiday I visit him). I will come again, for sure!
The entire stay was perfect as the room was beyond my expectations. The whole suite was so cozy. The suite was so clean. The queen bed was so big as if it was a King bed. I have marked this as my favourite hotel as i have decided to stay here each time i come down to Butterworth.

Room is decent and also the area is quite peaceful with parking easily available outside the hotel. The room is basic but equiped with essential necessities. Hairdryers can be requested too.
No breakfast provided as the number of rooms are limited, but I like the concept and the privacy the hotel gave. the beds were comfy, the bathroom and toilet was clean.
