Querétaro is a beautiful city steeped in rich history, particularly as the birthplace of the Mexican Revolution. It's a must-visit destination for anyone interested in Mexican history, whether you're a local or a foreign tourist. While Spanish is predominantly spoken, it adds to the authentic experience, although it might pose a slight challenge for non-Spanish speakers. Overall, Querétaro offers a fascinating journey through Mexico's past and is well worth exploring.

I hope to return for a longer stay.
I hope to return for a longer stay. The Regional Museum is great; I would like to have had time to visit others. Lots of great restaurants, street vendors of arts and crafts; but you need to carefully look for the locally-made items.

The city has beautiful historic center with many colonial buildings and churches. The streets are super clean and at night they are up with beautiful lamps. The city has a very important share of Mexico’s independence movement and has a lot history. The food was very good and I think I’ve had the best pozole in Queretaro. You can easily visit and see the city and sites in three days. It’s veey walkable and I very safe all the time; beautiful Queretaro!

Downtime is quite nice.
Downtime is quite nice. Several places to visit and lots of all types of restaurants to accommodate your travel budget. This city is becoming quite crowded and visited and you must be aware that traffic jams are starting to be experienced more and more. However, if you stick to downtown (Centro Historic) you will enjoy a nice couple of days and will be able to visit the diverse museums, temples and overall neighborhoods which the city has.
The hotel is located above a large shopping mall and on a major road, however it is quiet. The shopping mall has fast food, clothing, phone companies and banks. No decent nearby restaurants to eat at and the walk into Centro is 20mins. So if you don't mind walking and staying in a bog standard hotel room, that is quiet, then this is a good choice. We decided to get the breakfast. The omelette and waffle stations are great! Very good, massive bakery across the main road.
This is a really good location to Centro. A bakery on the corner. Quiet place. Maid service every day if you'd like. Shared large kitchen with full access to kitchen wares. A nice table & chairs in the patio. An outside couch for two to sit also. Table inside kitchen & another big table off of the kitchen area. You have a key to come & go to the front door. Staff was very nice. I would recommend this place.
MGJ ian old hacienda in the heart of ritzy Juriquilla; think Scottsdale, AZ. It has a functional restaurant with a fairly wide menu — and a very very good weekend-only buffet-style offering.
The core attraction is the pool which sits at the center the hotel. I recommend securing a room with a pool side patio. It makes a big difference.
Don't let the hospital-like exterior fool you, inside it's all warmth and serenity. The staff is efficient and most pleasant. You might not think to have Japanese food in Mexico, but do yourself a favor at eat at Goen. Great water pressure in the shower. The ofuro is a real treat. I love this place!
The hotel is very well located for exploring the Centro Historico. It is a beautiful modern building, hidden behind the facade of an older Spanish-style countryard home. The hotel is really a design statement with a three-storey, glass-floored library at its centre.
Is a boutique hotel that looks very cozy and is very clean. The installations of the room seems a bit too outdated for the rates of the hotel but overall is a beautiful hotel.
Breakfast is one of the bests we had during our 2 weeks roadtrip around mexico.
Gracious and efficient front desk, beautiful lobby and common areas, delicious full breakfast with many choices, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location close to everything in Centro Historico. Free parking just 2 blocks away.
Clean towels, crisp sheets, comfortable beds, strong shower, excellent breakfast, friendly service, reasonable prices all in an elegant townhouse in a pleasant street in the centre of lovely Queretaro. The hotel is to be commended.
I had stayed here before, so knew what to expect. It is wonderful to sit on the terrace having breakfast. The location is perfect as it is in the Centro Historico, which is what most visitors come to the city for.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very attentive. The location is great! Walking distance to every place in Centro Histórico. We didn’t need a car. The room was comfortable.
