The Hotel Klimt is a modern hotel with friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. The rooms have fabulous views of the city and the Maquiltepetl valcano inside an ecological park.
The restaurant serves local cuisine and has a popular buffet served from 7:30 am to 3pm. The food is excellent and the desserts are fantastic. I recommend the Plantano Pancake, a banana cake cooked in a deep dish. Room service is also an option after a day of exploring the city.

I recommend Xalapa as a travel destination and Hotel Klimt will provide the luxury you desire at the end of the day.

Our stay at the Majova Inn was very pleasant. It was convenient that there were parking spaces that we could use below the hotel. Also, there was a fantastic coffee shop (Oropéndula) only a block away that I also recommend!

Nice place if you don't mind skipping the old town. Easy to get to at a main road but still calm as the rooms are located around the patio area in the back. Good price and some food options nearby. I would reserve again.
