A beautiful hotel. It needs some maintenance but overall is really pretty. The staff was kind and the room was cozy. The bathtub was small but comfortable, it had AC, WiFi , and a lot of pillows. I will book here again

Excellent experience. Facilities and staff: top notch. Had a simple breakfast in the dining room and it was excellent! In my room, However no call was ever returned. I won’t be staying here, there has to be more respect for people’s belongings that are left behind. It’s a hotel these type of situations happen, and for them not to return your items is wrong.

We were only there to go shopping for the local leather goods. We did go out for dinner at the Sky Lounge. There is lots of visible poverty that makes it a little unsettling at times. Bicycle commuters use the pedestrian sidewalks instead of incorporating with traffic as they should. Risk your life on the sidewalks.

Leon is a great city to spend at least a full day and probably two to do it justice.. The historic section is really beautiful and the walk to the art history museum is super neat. We were impressed with the city
The hotel is located in the center of the city, about a 10 mins car ride from the bus terminal. The room is private, but with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was clean. The room is a good size, but with two beds, it is hard to move around, but it was ok. It is about 10 mins walk to the plaza or the arch, there are supermarkets a few blocks away to get some essentials, which is excellent. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. Wifi was strong even in the room. I'm very happy with the stay
Could not ask for a better location..Right off the main plaza and in the middle of all the shopping and eating activities and within minutes of the major churches and historical sites. Although it does get quiet after everyone goes home it's still an easy walk to many night clubs and bars. The hotel is older but maintained and has a classic charm to it because if it's gracious and helpful staff.
This small hotel is in a perfect location if one wants to be in or near el centro. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants and the main square. Our double queen room was large. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows and bath linens need an upgrade but were sufficient. There was a closet but no dresser to put clothing during the stay. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable hotel.
It was comfortable and well organized and they welcomed our two young cats that we were traveling with. We had gotten stranded at the airport and had to spend a night in León. Fortunately there was a Petco right across the street! We were able to take the cats in their carriers to dinner with us at the hotel restaurant.

The young lady at reception is very friendly and professional. Rooms are nice size and very clean. Amenities are better than many hotels. They have coffee and tea in rooms which is very nice thing to find.
