Honestly, I had a very bad experience! We were booked from Monday to Friday. I added an extra day, to arrive earlier, so that I can arrive there on a Sunday to start our working week without stressing to get into our room early enough on a Monday morning for business. As a couple we were both planning on working from the hotel for our 5 nights stay. The hotel advertise that they're all about business facilities, but if you don't book a conference venue for many people, you don't have a spot where you can sit and work anywhere in the hotel, well definitely not one that's is practical. The room was far too small, even if it could have been a holiday, even then - there was also only one big towel provisioned for which really indicates that the standard queen room is NOT for 2 adults sharing! It is tiny! We asked whether we can work somewhere in the hotel in the week, thinking that perhaps we can just push throughl. We could only sit in the small restaurant or on the 3rd floor, but the facilities on the 3rd floor open area do not have a place where you can work on a computer, only a seating area. That seating area is where the conference goers would sit when they're on a break. We asked for an upgrade on the same dayof arrival. They had no bigger rooms available. We asked that we cancel the remainder of the booking instead. We will pay for one night but want to cancel the rest of the stay. Reception advised that it was possible for us to get a refund for the remainder of the nights if we check out the next day. We needed to find alternative accommodation urgently, which I then proceeded to book online. Since then I was refused a refund! On that same day of all my discussion at reception, they said I can just cancel the next day when we check out at reception, then they can get my card details etc. Unfortunately, the next day, reception then advised that because we booked through Bookings.

It's a beautiful resort, kind and caring staff and an amazing spa. Tevina gave an excellent facial. I can't wait to book my next treatment.

The staff's flexibility lets me keep my room for a few hours more than the normal check-out time. The breakfast was great and my suite room was surprisingly big and well organized.

Great buffet breakfast, Spa and walking distance to everything. Nice out side bar and pool.

The appartment is located on the 16th floor, you have 2 huge balcony's with the most amazing view of the city, when we arrived a very nice man met us in the city and directed us to the internal carpark, we were then shown our room which we could not believe, 3 large bedrooms a lovely fitted kitchen and living area with high quality furnishing, honestly if you are wanting to send some time in Port Louis this is the place to stay. The location is perfect, 5-10 minutes walk to the port, only 5-10 minutes to china town, in one word....FABULOUS
