Spacious room in a lovely building. Fabulous staff, who were friendly, and efficient. Great location to see the sights of Valletta. The breakfast was very good, and loved taking it al fresco. I would happily stay again, if I had a different room or management deals with the issues in the room that I did stay in.

Old city is great, lots of cafes and museums in the pretty old narrow streets. You can take a ferry to island of Gozo or to 'Three cities' as well.
The only downside is that driving in those narrow streets can be a nightmare especially during peak hours.

Valletta is a magical city.
Valletta is a magical city. The architecture, the history, the people and so much to see. Museums, churches, cathedrals, lots of restaurants (we didn't find one bad one), lovely coffee shops to people watch from.
You can easily get boats to Silema, the 3 cities and Gozo.
We also got the vintage bus to Mdina and that's a real treat!
Its a really lovely City - lots of steps though so you will have 'buns of steel' by the end of your trip!! :)
Can;t recommend it enough for a visit.

We choose Valletta as our accommodation and did more island hopping. In Valletta itself, I liked the fireworks, the fountain, the fortifications, the architecture. I was a little disappointed after visiting St. John's Church, in general it is already beautiful, but there are many different restrictions, many places cannot be accessed, the ticket price is inadequate. I recommend - look at other churches, there are many of them in Malta and they are beautiful.
Among other places on the island, I liked Blue Grotto, Mdina and Marsaxloxx the most.

A vibrant and beautiful city with great food and other amenities. Beautiful views of the sea on three sides of the city. It is built on a big hill so be sure to plan carefully if you have mobility issues - lots of steps!

Valetta is a great place to visit. The people are friendly.
Valetta is a great place to visit. The people are friendly. It has a great history, particularly related to WW11. Easy to get around, but be prepared for lots of steps. Many restaurants and eateries, bars and cafes. The Grand Harbour is spectacular but also be prepared for many cruise ships visiting the city with their hoards of passengers descending on the place.

eating out in the evening is a pleasure so many street restaurants to choose from great food choice and quite inexpensive for the quality and ambience.
We would highly recommend a visit to the Kings Own Band Room to eat the sisters here are highly regarded by the locals and visitors alike.
Their food is amazing treat yourself, and once again not overly expensive!

The property was well located within easy walking distance of Valletta City Centre, restaurants and bars. Whilst easy to walk to anywhere in the City a bus stop was only a short distance away. The property was in a quiet location so no problems with noise. The property was comfortable and well equipped. The owners representative was very helpful and all the administration worked well.
We have stayed at The Grand Harbour Hotel on a number of occasions now. It is in a great location for the Harbour or for venturing into the city centre and has great views from a lot of the rooms. It is a 5 minute walk from the Fast Ferry terminal which links Valletta with the sister island of Gozo in 45 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and the staff very good.
Helpful & friendly staff, great location - able to walk to city centre & most sites. Good size room with balcony, sea view & very accommodating staff. Breakfast was great as well.
