maid service was impeccable!! room cleaned and tidied everyday, including dishes and pans !! bed was HUGE, could definitely fit like 5 people in it🤣. so comfy too. Location is amazing, right near all the restaurants and shops. The cat that hangs outside is adorable too🥹.

We booked the Family Room with Balcony, for two adults and two children (6 & 8). We had half-board, so had breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
Room - Large, plenty of pace
Beds - Comfy enough. I wouldn't go crazy over them, but they were fit for purpose.
Cleanliness - Room and floor looked clean, as did the bathroom.
Bathroom - Great shower and plenty of hot water
Swimming Pool - Decent swimming pool, but got crowded quickly.
Parking - Plenty of public parking spaces around. Look for the white spaces.
Restaurant - Decent and pleasant with plenty of seating. Buffet food, with different variety of meats every day.
Service - Staff were really good. Had a broken A/C, they fixed it almost immediately. Room was a little dirty, it was deep-cleaned straight away. Can't fault their customer service at all.

The Hotel is simply amazing, far more than we expected! The attention to detail for the décor and facilities is of the highest standards possible while retaining a unique and homely feel. From the moment of our arrival the service was impeccable, friendly, helpful and happy to answer any queries and offer recommendations. Our room was wonderful, from the plunge pool like jacuzzi to the amazing attention to detail to everything from the steel façade on the pizza oven flue, to the sinks in the room (WOW), the incredibly comfortable beds and the feeling of space and light!
The breakfasts were fantastic, lots of choice from the buffet, including local dishes and some tasty Danish's , cold breakfasts included salads with tasty local cheese and meats along with a very good hot breakfast selection (bacon, eggs, omelets, sausages etc) all available and cooked incredibly well.
All members of the team deserve praise as they make you feely truly welcome and Clive is an exceptionally proud host, as he should be!

Breakfast was ok, not a lot to choose from but good enought. Realy nice pool with a view. Location realy quiet, walking distance to the city center with the restaurants. I had a rental car so there is a lot of parking options on the street near by the hotel.

For me and my friend the place was perfect.
For me and my friend the place was perfect. Has plenty of space to park. All the house is beautiful decorated and you can see that they are taking care of the villa very well. Clean bathroom and everything in general. Our room was spacious and had a little balcony perfect for a glass of wine and a snack. The owner and his mom are very nice pleasant people. They can give you plenty of tips. The breakfast was rich, but we didn't have any as we preferred to have it out. If you wish you can prepare your meals as the kitchen is available. The villa was massive and in a very quiet zone. We rented a car so it was easy to get anywhere but i think you can access everything by buss easily. All was perfect for us.
