Very nice and clean accommodation, all windows and balconies facing the sea, nice swimming pool with clean water, the location as a whole is quieter. A pleasant restaurant and a stall selling fruit and vegetables nearby.
Beaches in the vicinity not crowded (in the first half of July). From Paljuškovo beach, you can visit the nearest beaches on a paddleboard. A long sandy beach is a 20-minute drive south.
The half board is tasty, with the option of a vegetarian menu.
However, the biggest advantage is the great and helpful owners, ready to help in everything. We will definitely be happy to come back.
Featuring a patio with mountain views, a private beach area and a garden, SeaStar Eco Villa can be found in Utjeha, close to Utjeha Small Beach and 400 metres from Utjeha Beach.
It is a small place crowded with cars and people. First of all it is dirty and untidy, rubish all over the place. We got stomach flu because of it. The nature is great but it's a pitty people have ruined it.

Too many people on the beaches, only two (bad) restaurants and nothing to do. Nowhere to go for a walk, nothing to do with children, no pharmacy, no bank, no playground. Notworth visiting unless you have acar because there are no taxis!

It is small place so you can't get lost and you find it easily :)

Clean water, nice rocks and beach. Quiet place to spend with your family and children. The main problem with potable water and small number of cafes and restaurants.
It's nice to visit Rocky Beach cafe, I was satisfied with morning coffee and pizza. Tasty grill!

The hosts are amazing, super friendly and made us fell really welcomed. The pool is beautiful and deep with perfect sunsets. The balcony was just heaven and the access to the beaches were great. Calm place to spend some quality time and relax. The bus stop is just a few minutes walking with also a supermarket and bakery nearby. Unfortunately there is no ATM nearby neither in utjeha so it is necessary to withdraw money before going there. We highly recommend this place, specialty for the hospitality of the owners. Thank you again.
The apartment Is closed to the small beach in Utjeha (100m) and 2 minutes walk to the bigger one. 1 minute from local grocery store (nit working on Sunday). Overall the apartment is cleen, AC included in the price and the owner is available foe your needs. The apartment in which we were staying is behind the house and it is in extra shade with lovely small balcony that is in shade almost entire day.
It was above all our expectations, the stuff Elena and Alina is super friendly, also are the owners Galja and Vlad they make us feel like we wisting our friends

The rooms were amazing, we were a group and booked 4 rooms and each had a kitchen equipped with everything and a balcony with nice views and private bathrooms. The rooms were very clean and the host was very kind and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. If we ever visit Montenegro we will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend it!

The hotel location is incredible if you are looking for being close to the sea. The waves literally crash in the hotel's walls. The view is fascinating. Since for our company this was just a place to spend one night, we did not explore the town, and I cannot say about it's location in general.
The owners are fantastic people, really kind and helpful. Utjeha is a small village but with the best beaches and not a lot of people. The view from our apartment was stunning. The food was fine, the breakfast could have been in the form of a all-you-can-eat buffet. Highly recommend
Our room did not have a Sea view as advertised in the offer, and the A/C is not strong enough for the apartment. The appartment is fully equiped and has comfortable beds. It is very close to the beach and you can have a great walk to Utjeha Plaza for Bars and restaurant.
Wonderful location with private beach in one of the most beautiful part of the Montenegro coast, sea is shallow and clean. Pietro is very kind host ready to halp you with any request, Maria very good house keeper. Room with balcony sea view sunset and wifi.
