The hotel is run by the family and friends. The crew is amazing. U can feel a good vibe in a team. Thank u Andy and Erald for your help and smile. They provide a shuttle service to the nearest beach. It was before the season,so I could choose the hour. When I wanted to go to the Small beach in the centre,I was also accompanied by them. The hotel ( two buildings) is very clean,the rooms are modern, spacious and spotless. Cleaned every day. I brought my own towels to the pool. There are no pool towels. There is also a heated indoor pool. Really heated,even at the beginning of June. The depth is 1.5 m. So we enjoyed it when it was raining. The pool for children is around 0.6m deep. I loved the food. For breakfast there were fresh vegetables, feta cheese,eggs, cereal, bruschetta,pastries typical in Montenegro,one sort of fruit - watermelon or melon. My 5 year old son had cereal every day, a slice of bread with Nutella and fruit. I was happy with the delicious home made bruschetta and salad u can make from fresh vegetables. There was also sliced cheese, sausage,and ham. The dinner was delicious too. There are serving portions: one side dish,soup, second and dessert. It's not a buffet! At first we were disappointed that we didn't have kids menu,more selection. But then.. everything I ate was delicious,local food, well cooked. I loved the stuffed peppers with meat and rice!! And even my son started to eat what he got! The place is a real jewel in the not very attractive superb. But the workers are very friendly and hospitable. I felt like at home! Ps. U can speak Polish, English,German,Italian, Croatian and you will be understood.

The guy was very kind and helpful, even though he wasnt speaking good english. The room was clean it had a big fridge, iron and boiler. There is also a small garage which is as i saw for 2 cars approximatelly. it is a decent hotel but not a 4 star hotel as it is presented by the owners to the booking app.

Ulcinj was relatively quiet in early June, and a lot of bars etc had not opened up. I was told that it is heaving in July and August; the part I was in has single track roads, and in high summer the traffic is chaos, I was told. Ulcinj Old Town is simply lovely, and the area to its north, Liman II, is full of gorgeous views, vegetation and olive trees. However the place is developing fast, with numerous building sites. The food was excellent, and the place is much much cheaper than Kotor and rather more rewarding; its has an eighties vibe, reminding me of other places back in the day, but how long this lasts for, I do not know. There is a nice sandy beach and other smaller pebbly ones.

We stayed in the amazing Stari Grad, a rabbit warren of an ancient citadel. Parking is tricky. You either leave your car below Stari Grad, down by the beach and walk up 300 stone steps or find a parking space at the exit of it. Luggage has to be carried to it.
There are plenty of restaurants in Stari Grad, but no shops, so you have to walk to those and then carry the shopping back. Plenty of shopping facilities and markets in the main town. Lovely beach (300 steps down and then up again). Fabulous place, but you have to be able to walk on steps and hills.

We stayed for 4 nights and we had a rental car as it would have been difficult to be without a car in this area. I would say that most people were using the place as a short stop over on their travels. For eating out I’d recommend La Tavola great food and descent portions at a very good price.

The old town is inferior to other cities in Montenegro. Velika beach is gorgeous. I advise you to go there immediately. The city itself along the way is quite dirty and dilapidated. This may leave a negative impression.

Ulcinj is our favorite place to spend a few days of vacation.
During summer it is very populated by many tourists.
The beautiful beach and the special cuisine make it an enviable and favorite place.
I can mention "La tavola" restaurant for very delicious dishes.
But you can also find fast and very tasty food in bakery shops,such as: pies,pizzas,croissants,very characteristic yogurt of the country.
People are very kind and friendly.

We lived in the perifery of the town, on the Rruga 14, beside the R-22, whis is full of bakeries and stands with fruits and vegetables. There is a big traffic jam every evening on R-22, as everybody returns from the beaches to the town through only one street.
After long day driving we decided to stay overnight at hotel Ajana. The staff and the owner were exceptional welcoming helping with our lagguges and option to choose between rooms. The breakfast was excellent with variety options. I must say, we had a best breakfast and hospitality at hotel Ajana then any other hotel we were in Monenegro before. The pool is awesome.
We will stay there every time we are travelling to Montenegro.
The hotel has a perfect location, just few minutes from the Velika plaza Ulcinj with enough parking spaces.
The room is spacious, new and modernly equipped. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with delicious food. Breakfast included in the room rate was a la carte.
The hotel host and other staff were very kind and willing to help with everything.
Definitely our choice for every future arrival to Ulcinj.
The staff was so friendly and the room was huge. The beds were comfy and the hotel was spotlessly clean. There was a lovely terrace outside. There is a spa that is very nice and a beautiful pool It's on a very quiet street but easy to get to everything. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinner was first class! The hosts made us feel welcome and our stay was wonderful!

Brekdast was served in Restaurant Dulcinea that have amazing view and exellent food. It was a great stop on long wat for us, we regret it was only two nights and we plan to return.

Čak i puno više od toga, na primjer, prelijepu ljuljašku na terasi :) Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, spremno da pomogne u svakom trenutku. Lokacija hotela je takodje odlična.
A haven from the main town area. Quality accommodation with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good food without excessive prices. Big rooms and great balconies (even ours which overlooked the car park). All in all, one of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in.

I went to vacation with my family and we happy that we made right choice when we decided to stay in that hotel. Appartment was clean, everything was excellent . Manager was friendly and always made our wishes like a magic fairy.
