We loved so much! The rooms and gardens were exceptionally beautiful. It really is a very special place. Understated beauty in every corner. The front office team - both ladies - were very friendly and helpful. Everything was brilliantly organised, both before our stay and during it. The rest of the staff team were very keen to please and were polite and helpful. Lovely to meet the owners who have a wonderful vision.

It was very quiet,clean and well maintained, the staff were very welcoming as well as the owner who’s a very polite man. i got offered a free lunch and a bouquet of flowers upon my arrival, and the food was so delicious as it’s all organic and harvested from the farm there. The aqua park is great both for adults and kids and it's right there in the hotel. We didn't even use the hotel's own pools which also seemed great. The food has a very wide assortment. It is mostly great quality, especially the constant stream of oven baked pizzas. The staff is really nice and helpful from the reception to the pools and the food hall. They were extremely helpful in accommodating a late checkout for us even with a mostly fully booked hotel.

- The hotel is calm, spacious and beautiful, full of plants & cacti, rooms are nice and modern, and the pool is lovely - they also have an impressive library (mostly books in French, but one could find some in other languages) - The breakfast buffet is great, and so were the other meals that we had there - Very kids friendly, they easily put a cot in our room, they had swimming "noodles" for the pool, and a big part of the library was kids books - The staff at the restaurant is really friendly and nice

Everything! The people were so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were lovely and super comfy beds. The grounds. Wow. You can't imagine that behind the blue gates is so beautiful. Breakfast was simple but very nice. We used the local taxi guy a lot and they were excellent too. I loved it.
