We had a night at Carvan Serai as a stop in Marrakech. We loved it so much we spent a second night. It is like an oasis on the edge of Marrakech. The rooms are beautiful and every nook and cranny delivers a visual joy.
The food and wine were top notch and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
After our motorcycle rental fell through they even helped us hire a car. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Caravan Serai.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and overall, it was a good experience. The family room we stayed in was spacious and had a nice balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view.
However, there were a few issues that we encountered during our stay. The door that was supposed to separate the rooms didn't work properly, and there was a gap that allowed us to see through to the other side. This lack of privacy was a bit disappointing.
Despite this issue, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were decent. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and spacious accommodation option.

Although out of town, it is only 20 minutes by car into the chaos of Marrakech. There is a free shuttle bus in the morning or a car can be arranged for about £8. The property and rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, the staff extremely friendly, the food good and the hotel represents excellent value for money.
