The swimming pool is excellent. The rooms are good. I needed a means of transport and they provided a bicycle. Breakfast is good and varied, the atmosphere is calm. Youssef took care of me, prepared the meals I needed and provided transport when needed. The air conditioning in the rooms works well.

We loved so much! The rooms and gardens were exceptionally beautiful. It really is a very special place. Understated beauty in every corner. The front office team - both ladies - were very friendly and helpful. Everything was brilliantly organised, both before our stay and during it. Lachen and Rachid are super hosts, shirt off their back type of people. Every request we made has meet with an “of course” and a smile. Not being in the Medina was a nice change of pace, the Riad was very peacefull and clean and the best beds we slept on in Marrakech, well worth having to commute by taxi. The taxi driver was a very nice guy aswell. Breakfast was super nice too, if i ever return to Marrakech, this is the place I’m staying

Lovely retreat from the chaos of the city. But do bear in mind, if you do not have a car, you will need a taxi to go shopping. Food and drinks at the Oasis are from a very limited menu, although staff are accommodating with special requests. Bottled water, for example, is expensive because you are captive there. I loved the 2 peacocks wandering about. Gloriously eccentric and tame!
