I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and overall, it was a good experience. The family room we stayed in was spacious and had a nice balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view.
However, there were a few issues that we encountered during our stay. The door that was supposed to separate the rooms didn't work properly, and there was a gap that allowed us to see through to the other side. This lack of privacy was a bit disappointing.
Despite this issue, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were decent. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and spacious accommodation option.

We loved so much! The rooms and gardens were exceptionally beautiful. It really is a very special place. Understated beauty in every corner. The front office team - both ladies - were very friendly and helpful. Everything was brilliantly organised, both before our stay and during it.
