Value for money. The building itself is very rundown (but as a fellow Eastern European I don't mind :D), HOWEVER it's unexpectedly in a really green area, on a small street with mostly private houses, which was nice. The apartment is reasonably well renovated and has everything needed. Good wifi, was able to work from there. Lidl and McDonalds really close, large Akropol shopping centre short driving distance.
