Great staff, the receptionist was particularly fantastic who was working her shifts at the start and end of my stay. She was the one that made my feedback more positive than it would have been, she was ever so helpful and always one step ahead. She was awesome. There was also a good breakfast selection, and a comfortable bed.

This is not the first time we stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel was great, but the service and breakfast were terrible. We had to keep asking for cups, milk or food because everything was in short supply and the service staff were disgruntled and looks as after party - barely dragged their feet ;)
