Location was secure and great, with access to shops, groceries, tuk-tuks, public transport and close to the Capital - Colombo. The Bathrooms were well equipped with hot/ cold water and new shower cubicles. Overall the medium sized rooms were quite pleasant to stay with serviced Air Cons and Balcony. The Kitchen was also well equipped with Gas Cook top, Microwave Oven, Fridge, Cutlery and host of other kitchen aids.

Looking out from the large windows of my room (or my balcony) it was hard to believe I was so close to the heart of Colombo, gazing over the slow meandering river below to the forest beyond the only sound was the occasional fisherman passing by or the sounds of birdlife. The location was perfect as just a few minutes walk away I was able to find great restaurants, a supermarket, an ATM and more. Mohan was the perfect host and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was all it could be. Everything was so clean and well presented - testament to his years of professional life in the hotel trade.

The accommodation is well-equipped for a long-term stay as well. All Appliances and Equipment were in working order. The Washing Machine helped me to travel with less clothes. The Accommodation had a separate entrance with access to the Electric Roller Door. The 3rd Level had the Laundry with access to a Roof Top terrace where clothes could be dried and having a 360 degree view of the surroundings incl. high rise buildings in Colombo.
