Started with a delay to check us in as the president of the country was attending in the evening. I don't know what's it got to do with us. They allocated a twin room for me and my wife away from our children's room. After complaining, after nearly 2 hours, they managed a double room and a twin next to each other. Decent enough, need attention, run down.

Really amazing staff! organized a transfer for us, changed our booking to 2 nights when our flight was delayed, showed us great hiking paths through tea plantations. the property is serene and has beautiful views, but for us 2-3 days would be enough here
