2 km far from city centre which was fine during Esala Perahera. Staff was really helpful. There's a washing machine if you need to do your laundry (4$). it's possible to have lunch/dinner. Breakfast is ok.

Staff were great, friendly as I’ve found are most people in Sri Lanka. Rooms are acceptable, with terraces, which are nice. Property is up a steep grade and involves a lot of steps, so bear that in mind if mobility is an issue.
