Hotel is in a fantastic location, within a couple of minutes walk to the main street in Ella. We also walked to the nine arch bridge and little adams peak, each within about 20 minutes. We paid for the Mountain View and the view was amazing. Rooms were very spacious with plenty of storage space. Staff were very attentive and provided a very good service.

Absolutely everything was just perfect for our 3 nights, rooms clean and very well appointed, food excellent we even had an out door Bbq one night and the staff were 1st class especially Sanjeeva and his colleagues Priyantha, Krisham, Sujeewa and Thaksila nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very welcome and looked after our every need The view and gardens with the hot tub were just a glorious space to unwind and relax There are only 12 rooms so it has that home from home feel and the view and location for exploring Ella could not have been better

The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. I needed a taxi to the airport at midnight and they were able to book one for me. The ride was really comfortable and safe, in an AC car. Rooms are really spacious and the fan is enough to cool you at night, you don't really need AC here as Ella is much cooler than some parts of Sri Lanka. It's very quiet at night, and there are night lights and a balcony to spot wildlife like frogs, bats etc. Whole room has a nice design and bug net, and the bathroom was really clean and spacious, with a separate sink. Wish I could have stayed longer. Bed was really comfortable! Was given a lovely welcome juice on arrival.

The place was very cosy, and the host immediately made us feel at home. They welcomed us with a tea and a pancake that was superb. The food in general was great, and Vasinti the house manager was extremely kind and mother-like; always asked us if we needed anything, and she even made us sandwiches when we left. The owner is a wonderful gentleman, funny and always has something to say. The property is at an excellent location, close to everything. The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the overall experience was great and I really recommend it.
