Beautifully decorated property in and out. Spotlessly clean. Well maintained. Comfy bed. Great bathroom. Nice balcony. Air con worked well. There was only a sheet on the bed but we were given blankets when we asked.

Staff were great at providing extra water, loo rolls and towels late at night when I got food poisoning, which was much appreciated (Avoid Empire Cafe). Nice bush view from dining balcony.

Mostly the location...Very structured and architectural hotel in Kandy next to the mahaweli river...Was nothing a little bit of difference as showed in the pictures and everything is super...We booked two HB rooms...When we go through the reviews before reserve the rooms had a doubt about the meals plans they had provided but we could enjoy a delicious buffet with many varieties during the stay...Calm and peaceful environment...Highly recommend and worth for money....
