Amazing view of the elephants, the view from our river view balcony was exceptional. Staff very welcoming and hospitable, especially those in the restaurant. Food was good value, albeit basic. Comfortable rooms and the pool looking out to the river a nice added experience. We stayed for two nights and think anymore than this would take away from the novelty of the experience.

In front of the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, you can park the vehicle in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful I actually forgot his name one of the staff ( a small guy) was very helpful. The host was also very friendly and a great value for our money.the room and Bathroom was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and large.

Chandra was an amazing host. We arrived quite late and he made sure he was still there to great us. The room was lovely and spacious and we were treated to some wonderful fruit in the morning from the garden, which he was kind enough to guide us around in the morning
