The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. I needed a taxi to the airport at midnight and they were able to book one for me. The ride was really comfortable and safe, in an AC car.
Rooms are really spacious and the fan is enough to cool you at night, you don't really need AC here as Ella is much cooler than some parts of Sri Lanka.
It's very quiet at night, and there are night lights and a balcony to spot wildlife like frogs, bats etc.
Whole room has a nice design and bug net, and the bathroom was really clean and spacious, with a separate sink. Wish I could have stayed longer. Bed was really comfortable!
Was given a lovely welcome juice on arrival.

From the moment we arrived we were treated by all the staff incredibly well. We loved everything about the property from the old colonial high ceilings to the beautiful gardens and infinity pool. The little walks around the property overlooking the tea plantation were stunning with little nooks for reading. So private and peaceful. Beautiful and super relaxing.

LOVED this place! Beautiful room with a balcony looking over the hills. Super clean and spacious. Had a fan, mosquito net and mini fridge. The breakfasts were AMAZING, some of the best food we have had in Sri Lanka. 10/10 you should stay here!!

Brand new hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. We liked the calmness and the amazing views, only a short ride into Ella centrum. Very friendly and helpful manager and personnel. From getting a Tuk tuk, to laundry service: everything was made possible.
