We arrived as requested by the host by 4:30 PM. However, the room given to us was not very satisfactory. There was dust, the linen was not that clean, and the place was totally infested with ants. We politely informed the host about the situation, stating that the room was not very suitable as a clean room. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi, no hot water, and no kettle. The host decided to arrange a room in a neighboring facility and made a full refund.

The hotel's location is truly unique, nestled remotely right next to a stunning waterfall and surrounded by lush green forest. Moreover, the rooms were very comfy and clean, with a relaxing ambience and great design in mind. Thank you to the staff again for great hospitality!

Good basic affordable accommodation. Staff really approachable and happy to help. Dinner was delicious and breakfast the same and very generous. The hidden extra here is the pool in the river just below the hotel which is clean for swimming a lovely surprise.
