This place is a "pearl in the rough" ! It was like being in Bali twenty years ago with all it's rustic charm and eating the best Italian food out of Italy ! The owners could not do enough....the staff were friendly yet efficient. I celebrated a birthday there with a cake and beach bonfire....sublime ! And, a rarity, saw a beautiful Leopard on safari. Best birthday in 65 years !

The staff where very helpful and good. The cleaner was extremely helpful and good at his job. The food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty but the as slightly overpriced in comparison to everywhere else but still enjoyable. Really nice location and great surfing out front but is 15mins from arugam bay. The tuk tuk drivers are amazing and we have a great time with them and feel we left as friends

Property nestled well within nature with a Huge tree keeping the property cool in the afternoons, a hangout area and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
Marina Way staff are the friendliest I've met in Arugumbay and work hard everyday to make sure the property is always looking neat and clean!

World away from busy world. I love the destination. One of the best location I've visited in Sri Lanka. Superb. Kudumbigala Temple, Okanda Dewalaya, Kumana Bird Sanctuary, Yala east national park. Lovely beaches and lagoons and many more places to visit and activities to do in Arugam Bay.

It's a place for beach lovers and surfers. Further not that spectaculair place to stay, lot is outdated and overprized.
For nature lovers is Kumana the place to be and for that reason you stay in Arugam Bay. One village further is Panama, with a little accommodation to stay.

Best place to get away from the busy city life. This is my 7th time visited Arugambay and it has become my fav destination in Sri lanka so far. The vibe is so relaxing and beaches are breathtaking and you can go in to the wild
This location is by far the best, most quiet and relaxing place you can find in Arugam Bay! The rooms are exactly how they look on the pictures; clean, stylish and spacious.
The hotel is located at a lagoon that you can enjoy from the restaurant and pool area; at one morning during our breakfast 50 wild buffalos passed, when you are lucky also elephants cross and can be seen.
The hotel has it own TukTuk that can bring you to the beach or city centre!
The owner and staff are really helpful and nice people!
Best hostel in Arugam Bay. It kept very clean throughout my stay. Love the separate communal bathrooms and toilet. Keep the room away from extra unnecessary humidity and smell. Tons of natural light and lots of social areas. Some room dont have air conditioning but it was manageable even during the hot season.
A very nice place to stay in Arugam bay! The room is spacious, clean with good A/C and comfortable bed. Our room was on the ground floor, with a nice seating space outside.
The breakfast was great too and the host helped us organise a safari to Kumana national park, which was amazing.
The hotel boasts the prime location in Arugam Bay, complemented by friendly staff and a lovely garden. It offers excellent beach access. The view of the sea from the seaside rooms is breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel's provision of drinkable water for refills is a thoughtful touch.
Everything!!! Very authentic and clean rooms with amazing view in front of the beach. In my opinion this is one of the best resorts in Arugam Bay!! I’ve been in other hotels and resorts here but this one is really worth the price, the team is very nice and welcoming. Feels like home
