First the Location, It is Close to the Highway Entrance and located next to the main road. That is great. When it comes to the Rooms, We reserve the Family room. This is an amazing place. The house is big and beautiful and close to nature. You can feel real Sri Lanka here. And the host will provide you with a lot of information about living in Sri Lanka- something you will not learn elsewhere. All the members of the family taking care of the place were extremely helpful. We additionely got the nature Tour with weaver birds' nests and monitor lizards from the host! Excellent place for birds watching and nature lovers! We highly recommend it!!!

This was a fantastic hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly - always smiling and willing to help, without that feeling of 'imposing' on you.
Food was excellent. I absolutely recommend having the Sri Lankan breakfast, which was hoppers. We wish we'd had this every day!
Rooms were immaculate, and always 'turned over' to a very high standard. Pool/beach towels included. Views were incredible.
The location is a little remote with regards to excursions to find restaurants etc, but we did visit in shoulder season and maybe there is more in high season. As I say though, the food at the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced so we didn't feel this was a negative.
The staff helped enormously when booking activities - you could look to arrange this yourself but they really made it so simple, and having them take care of us was exactly what we needed after such a long journey from the UK.
10/10 - highly recommend staying here.
We did 5 nights and felt this was plenty as we wanted to travel around more of Sri Lanka, however we were so relaxed and comfortable that it was hard to say goodbye!

The location was excellent, stunning. Although the beach walks were amazing it’s far too rough for anyone to swim in, too many rips and huge waves. Breakfast was lovely and fresh we really loved the fresh fruit too. Loads of flexibility and the staff very willing to accommodate all requirements.
