The hotel is quiet good . The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. We chilled at the pool on our last night. There are some cats around ( a plus for us as we have 2 cats back home).
Located on a hill 5 minute drive from the highway so it's necessary to have a car. There are some restaurants nearby but you can also eat at the hotel as the prices are surprisingly very reasonable.
The shower is small as some previous guests wrote, but the room itself is quiet big.

It is a beautiful old town. Perfect for swimming in the sea and then going for a stroll. We stayed only one day so did not have a chance to visit any attractions. There are loads of places to eat and drink. The only downside is the prices. It was more expensive than we'd thought. Shop around because prices vary a lot.

Unfortunately my bad experience in this hotel and the management gave me bad impression.
We could pay this money in a much better place and city.
We couldn’t go anywhere in Jbeil because No transportation available there.
Also we couldn’t find good restaurants to dine in.
I will not go back there again

A wonderful historic town with everything within walking distance. A lot of very good restaurants and absolutely everyone was friendly and welcoming. Some great beach restaurants on both main beaches, one very rocky and one beautifully sandy.

Very nice city for walking, site seeing, dining, hanging out, etc. Its old souk is one of the most famous in Lebanon, and the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. Walking and sitting by the sea at the old port is quite a relaxing experience.

Very nice place with amazing sunset!
Very nice place with amazing sunset! We stayed in Beirut for 3 days and in Byblos(Jbeil) for another 3 days. But you don't have to stay that much in Beirut, Byblos is more relaxing. You can visit historical places and also you may have summer holiday. Very great bars and restaurants in center, you will not get bored'
The hotel is currently in the process of renovations. It is also being refurbished. There is a lot of construction work going on from early morning to evening, but I did not really hear it while in my room. Due to this all the place -especially the exterior - looks quite different from the pictures on booking.com that I saw. The new style is very charming. The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. The views on the beach, blue sea and nearby Beirut are stunning. We liked the breakfast and especially the dinner at the SE onsite restaurant.
The location of the hotel was fantastic. Easy walk into the old town of Byblos and restaurants only a few minutes away. The staff at the hotel were awesome. Super friendly and welcoming and make our stay all the more better. The hotel is basic and the room finish and appointments are humble (3 star) but the value for money is great. One of our measures of a good hotel is the water pressure in the shower, and this hotel was awesome! we had a great stay and would definitely recommend for others.
This hotel is a very nice hotel with very good location. Everywhere was neat and tidy and the staff were generally helpful. The views from the hotel room and dining area were breathtaking. I will also recommend you go on a date to the on premise restaurant. You can also hire one of their pods on the beach. It's really beautiful. They were renovating when we got there in early March so I believe when they are done the place will look even better.
There are no words so intense to describe the beauty of this hotel and the friendliness of Claire.
It has been a plethoric stay. Room with beautiful views, very comfortable bed. But I insist: the hotel is very beautiful. The glass dome allows a very pleasant interior lighting. At night, if there is a full moon (as it was in my case) the picture is incredible; as if you were inside a palace.
Thanks, Claire. Thanks, Byblos.
Very Clean Room and the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness in its rooms, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.
The hotel offers exceptional value for money, with rates that are very competitive compared to other options in the area.
The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing significantly to a positive guest experience.
Special thanks to Etian
I really liked the staff. They were very supportive and nice. I also liked the cleanliness and how quiet the hotel is. My special regards to Algazhya, he is such a kind man who helped us with everything we need. Also, the lady who runs the hotel was kind and sweet, she helps us with facilitating the PCR arrangement to head back home to Iraq!
The hotel is located very close to the main road to Beirut, but Jbeil/Byblos is a small city so you can walk your way around. There are several banks close by where you can withdraw USD (I used BLF and Blom Bank), as well as a Western Union where you can exchange money.
It was really an exceptional stay! The location is perfect, the hotel is accessible to Byblos main attractions, you can enjoy Byblos on foot or by cab. We highly recommend exploring Byblos on foot though. The hotel staff are great, super friendly and professional.
cute old style building, very big rooms with living and kitchen area. good location very quiet and close to shops and bars. Byblos and Batroun get incredibly booked up in the summer so this and 1 other hotel were the only ones left at the time of booking!
nice sea view & location would hv been much better if the olympic was at service tho i was alerted earlier while booking by the hotel management .. nice place i would re visit no doubt abt that ..
The hotel is very good. I used to stay there few years ago. The location is very good too close to Jbeil old souks.
Rooms are spacious and clean.
The staff is friendly.
The hotel was spotless, the service was excellent, the receptionists were friendly, and a driver and car were provided for transportation. I thank the hotel for that.
The location is perfect, clean and comfortable, the team was super friendly . Very affordable with amazing beach access and view simply the best in jbeil
