The staff were fine. There isn't really any interaction with the staff as you pay through a small window in the lobby.
They offered Netflix on the tvs in our room.
The shower is good. Clean stall, nice water pressure.
In the area, there are places to eat and drink at night.

The hotel has great service and accommodated our late arrival after midnight. The rooms were clean and the staff members were very courteous. We booked rooms that included breakfast and after selecting our options the night before, they delivered the food to our room at the decided time.

Jeonju is a great place to visit for the traditional Hanok Village. Everything is in an easily walkable area if you stay in the visit or come in for the day. There are plenty of things to see, including “hidden” areas one of the free tours will show you.

Jeonju has a nice preserved hanok hood, however, it is clearly gentrifying quickly and prepared for massive tourism. The rest of the city has little interest. One afternoon to walk in the hanoks and dine should be enough.

Really neat experience to get an idea about traditional Korean architecture and clothes. Obviously, the town has modernized to have coffee shops, etc., but the buildings in the city center have been maintained in a traditional style, and the popularity of renting the traditional Korean clothing lends a unique atmosphere.
We visited the Shrine, highly recommended. Nothing exotic, but good information about that time in Korean history and some of the events that made Jeonju what it is.
Some really great restaurants, look up best places to eat in Jeonju, we tried 3 out of the top 10 and were super pleased with all 3.
The traditional Hanok was a unique place to stay that was an inexpensive way to experience a little of what traditional homes were like. Obviously converted to hotel-type rooms, but the idea was there and it was a fun way to spend a weekend.
Highly Recommend!!

This was a really great opportunity to experience a historic aspect of South Korea. I enjoyed staying in a Hanok and I did a photoshoot in the Hanbok. It was like walking around on the set of a period piece.

Jeonju Hanok Village is a really nice place to visit, don't...
Jeonju Hanok Village is a really nice place to visit, don't hesitate to get lots in the small narrow streets. Take half a day to visit Jamal Mural Village, it worth it for the paintings on the houses.
To eat I would recommand Jeondong Ddeokgalbi and Veteran restaurants, first one for bibimbap and 2nd for noodles and dumplings.

Nice mid sized city with a bit of open space along the river. Jeonju Hanok Village is worth a visit. Real touristy place but loads of people dressed in Hanbok so great place for people watching. Plenty of touristy souvenir shops if thats your thing. Plenty of Westeners and Chinese tourists dressed up in Hanboks which added to the people watching experience.
It is right near the main area of the Hanok village but in a street that doesn’t get too noisy or busy! It is very central and easy to get to most places and areas of Jeonju, and the traditional style Hanok feels very authentic and cosy. It has a tv, shower, bedding, and even machine for mosquitos. The owners are also extremely nice and hospitable, they give so much advice and recommendations, and prepare you for your journey back with a snack bag! Also the breakfast provided is very lovely. Would recommend again!
Breakfast was incredible - traditional Korean and all vegetarian. Out of our comfort zones as we're used to European breakfasts but it was actually really good. Also, the bed is much more comfortable than we thought. It was soft and not hard at all. The heated floor is also nice - the room also has AC so it can be as hot/cold as you want. The shower is also good. The staff are also really nice and helpful. The location is perfect as the hanok village is beautiful.
The location was great, right in the hanok village.
The house owners were so nice and helpful, we were given advice on where to go and where to eat.
We were given something for breakfast both days even though the room didn't include breakfast.
Rooms were very nice and clean, air con was strong.
I would definitely recommend coming here for anyone interested in a Hanok experience!
I love Jeonju would definitely come back in future.
The room was cozy and everything was top notch clean. Check-in was fast and the breakfast was good as well. I got fruit, juice, a coffee as well as a toast with strawberry jam. It was in the middle of Hanok village and was great location.
I had issues with paying with my creditcard everywhere in Jeonju and the host was so sweet and helped me out! Thank you so much. They were really lovely hosts.
Don’t forget to bring lots of cash!
The host and his wife were very nice, they gave a lot of good recommendations for jeonju and they loved to help with everything they could ! :)
The room was clean and well equipped, quite enough and was as comfortable as a hanok can get (for me that was enough and better than expected) .
Overall, it was a great experience and i would definitely recommend you to choose this hanok if you want to experience a hanok in jeonju .
The location is convenient as it is located at the centre of Jeonju hanok village. Also the duplex room is spacious and the floor heating feels so nice and warm during the freezing winter days. The owner was so nice and accomodating. Also made us healthy breakfast every day. Even though she can’t speak english, she tried her best to communicate with us.
Fantastic location, right in the middle of the Hanok village- a great base from which to explore Jeonju. A traditional Korean Hanok house, but with a well fitted-out bathroom and TV and fridge. The property was very clean. The host is very thoughtful and helpful and communication was great. We had a lovely stay at this property.
The breakfast was amazing, the hosts were so friendly and always ready to help. Even though they didn't speak the best English (they were Korean), they were always happy to use a translation app to answer my queries! The location of the place as well (in the middle of the Hanok village) was a huge bolus.
The front staff is very nice, He allowed me to do early check in around 10AM. The room is spacious and comfortable, I have everything I need for the day. Hanok Village and bus stop is just nearby, around 5 mins only. You can visit Homeplus & traditional bibimbap around the corner of the hotel! kuddos!
We loved the location, so close to everything in Hanok Village. You just have to let your luggages and walking around to find every shop and restaurant you need. The owner is very nice and even offered us to drive us to Jeonju’s express bus terminal instead of taking a taxi.
I liked the suggestions Mr. Lim gave me for what to see in Jeonju. He also provided me a map and other info materials. The breakfast was really nice as well. The location is close to the Express Terminal (by bus) and very close walking to the Hanok Village.
Heated floors were great.
Very rustic and traditional look.
Walking distance of Hanok Village, Omokdae, Jeonju Hyanggyo, Gyeonggijeon, Jaman Mural Village, shopping areas, Pungnammun, Jeondong Cathedral, and Nambu Markets
It seemed to be an authentic experience with the futon on the floor. I wouldn't stay for more than a night as it's not enough padding. The bathroom was very clean. Location is close to the hanok village and Jaman murals.
I really enjoyed my authentic hanok experience in Jeonju. The owner was very kind and allowed early check-in. 😊 The room is well-maintained and very clean. The location is superb and easy to find.
Really cute guesthouse in a great location to the Hanok village and the Jeonju art village. The host was lovely and very responsive! Lots of lovely plants and nice touches throughout!
The location was in the Jeonju Hanok Village which made it very convenient.
The host was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us to book a cab to the train station.
Best location, it is near hanok village and easy to find restaurant. The Staff is very helpful and speak english well. This hotel completed my best experience in Jeonju.
