I’ve visited Siem Reap many times over the past years and it’s getting difficult to find a guesthouse property that’s a good value and is honest about what they offer. Never what’s posted on their site.
I spent extra time searching before making the decision to book a 6-night stay at The URBAN.
From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by name and served fresh drinks and fruit while they checked us in.
The property is beautifully landscaped with lush green trees and plants.
Upon entering our room it was obvious their photos were authentic. Quality comfortable bed mattresses, cable TV, refrigerator,, large bathroom and more.
The location is a quiet place yet only a 5 min walk to Pub Street. If you prefer to dine in the large restaurant lounge, you’ll enjoy the nature.
The staff and management are equal to a 5-star hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Phy and the sweet girls who served us breakfast every morning.
Now I don’t have to waste time searching for another place to stay in Siem Reap. There’s a reason why they have the reputation they have and have customers even during low season while many other properties are struggling to survive.
Last comment, use their tuk tuk drivers at the property if you want to travel around the city. They are 100 percent trustworthy and not expensive.

We stay 3 days at this hotel and everything was easy and pleasured while we there. Room it's good, the hotel is in great location not close to centre but it's quiet and also just 2-3 minutes ride to centre or 10 minutes walk. Stuff is very helpful and very friendly. While I'm back in siem reap definitely I will stay here again!
