The staff was exceptional went above and beyond to help us out and accomodate our needs. The room was clean and spacious we also went briefly to the pool which was heated and we much appreciated it.

Glam Hotel Claim their property as 4 Star property , Honestly I am very frequent traveler & I have no feel of any start quality ,for basic facility like Iron , you have to come down & they said it is 4 star ? They do not have reception & they call it 4 star ? by using their Cheap quality iron I have burnet my expensive Jacket . & when I complained they took no responsibility. They are using cheap quality plastic dustbin in the rooms which looks ugly , Health Faucet isn't fix properly in washroom , Please see pictures to support my statement Booking.com have to be careful & investigate to list properties here , We as traveler trust this site & this is responsibility of this platform to give us correct information
