The agent was welcoming and accommodating as we arrived...
The agent was welcoming and accommodating as we arrived super late and she understood, problem came when we wanted to use the cooker only for it to start leaking gas, that was very scary, the same day with the gas issue we were to check out but we had to wait for someone to come and help out in sorting the gas issue but was unable to, it got worse when the agent came with a technician and started drilling on the door while we were still in the house. It was the fault we overstayed since she told us to wait for someone to come fix the cooker. The house had a corridor which was locked and couldn't access, it had wifi which wasn't working, the tv wasn't working either. It was a horrible experience to say the least.
