Kambu Mara Camp, hotel in Sekenani

Situated in Sekenani in the Narok region, Kambu Mara Camp has a terrace. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the campground free of charge.

The accommodation is ideally situated in close proximity to Masai Mara Park, allowing us to sleep in close quarters with the wild habitats of zebras, zebus, and hyenas. Our stay was in a spacious tent that was well-equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable experience, including a thoughtful provision of a lamp for late-night bathroom visits to the nearby outhouse. Sarah and Nathan were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to arrange transportation for us from Narok to the Kambu Mara camp. Sarah's thoughtful gesture of providing souvenirs featuring the camp was a delightful touch.

The room is big, beds are comfortable, location is great and easily accesible, the road is not bed, only the last 2km is offroad. The food was good and not so expensive (15€ for main dish). The staff was really nice, we reccomend going for a nature walk and in to a nearby town with the guide. Shower is big and there is hot water after 6pm.

John was an excellent safari guide too. The camp we stayed was also very good. They had good breakfast too. The entire camp stay was great. It had two beds, and was spacious. Shower was good with hot water, We had very good conversations about our cultures as well. The stay is quite close to Sekenani gate, a very ideal location

KANUNKA HOUSE, hotel in Sekenani

Situated in Sekenani, KANUNKA HOUSE features accommodation with a hot tub, beauty services and a steam room. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking.

Levis welcomed us really lovely and offered us a great stay with a delicious breakfast with pancakes, French toasts, eggs, avocado and fruits. Also the typical Chai was fabulous. The rooms were clean, with a Moskito net, furnished solid and with love. The kitchen is available to use by the guests and the shower has warm water. Levis was devoted to providing us with the best service. He was always available but gave us the private space we needed. One of the activities they offer is to visit the Maasai Mara village, which is close to the house. The other one is a nature walk, showing the sourounding farming and it's a big recommendation. If you want Levis could be also your excellent private tour guide for the national park close by. All in all Kanunka house is a place where you can feel home.

Lovely place in the maasai mara. The staff is really friendly, the game drives are amazing and the place looks lovely. The tents are beautiful and the staff make sure you have a warm bed at night. Most likely you find some wildlife in their beautiful garden when having lunch or breakfast.
