The view of the hotel is stunning and vibe of the hotel is very chill ! Hotel breakfast is also great. Even my stay didn’t include it, I was willing to pay extra for the breakfast.

Beautiful rooms with good amenities, nice private beach area. 10 minute walk to nearest shops, would be great of you had a car in the area to get about. Rained during my entire stay so I was happy I could get Netflix on the TV! Hot tub was fabulous.

If you are not prepared wisely, it will be hard to:
1. get around
2. finding appropriate information about the local sights
3. access to local restaurants
4. no people to be seen on the street, no taxis either
5. beach is good, but surroundings and welcome by locals is very rare and limited. Would not recommend for travellers who never been to Asia, Japan or have difficulties in organising their own days.
The CondHotel is very clean and modern, and the staff is down to earth and friendly. It is in the middle of a residential area, so you get a nice feel for what it's like to live in Yomitan. The room is a good size with a refrig/freezer, microwave, rice cooker, single cooking plate, plates and utensils. Amenities like shampoo and soap are in the reception area if you forgot to bring your own (eco friendly). The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
Very convenient location. 5’ from bus stop. 2 minutes from Marudai which is a great supermarket for ready to eat food. They have great selection of sashimi, sushi and other dishes for take out.
Many good restaurants are nearby.
The sunset view can be seen from the hotel.
The room are spacious and well-equipped.
The GM was so helpful, he timely responses to my messages with his limited English.
The room was very large with a great view and comfortable beds. The restaurants were excellent and the staff very helpful. The location is beautiful with access to marine activities nearby. There were several shops on site with common amenities as well.
The pool was large and comfortable, and the beach is right next to the hotel.
Location by the beach and walking distance to the nearby eateries. View was amazing. There are paddle boards/inflatable dinghy for use. Large room, very clean - husband enjoyed the jacuzzi with a view. Relaxing atmosphere. Staff polite and very attentive. Breakfast was really really good. They change menu daily. Love this hotel.
Designer hotel right in the middle of Yomitan. Hard to find but worth discovering. Modern living right out of an architectural magazine with a private roof-top space to view the ocean in the distance. Wish we could have stayed longer. Washing machine and fully equipped kitchen came in handy. Staff responded quickly to inquiries.
It’s a basic studio-like apartment (not sure why it’s called Hotel…) in a quiet area where we could cook, do our laundry and relax. A car is necessary! The beautiful sights of Cape Zampa and Zakimi castle are nearby.
There is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, you may want to ask for a first-floor room.
friendly staff conveniently located. the resteraunt attached to the hotel was fabulous and the waiters where very friendly and even spoke english. every few days rooms where cleaned and none of my things where ever touched or moved. next time I come to okinawa I will be staying at the royal hotel again for sure.
Beautiful hotel all-in-all. Pool was perfect and beach front was great. Breakfast had plenty of options and drinks. Staff were super friendly. You receive discounts for every day you opt-out of cleaning the room which is a good incentive. Was able to wash clothes in one of the laundry mats which was a lifesaver.
the stuff in the shops inside the hotel were better than the shopping mall
must come here to shop
and I will stay here again in June
and it’s crazy there is an elevator inside the public bath, u wear nothing and take the elevator to another onsen
Staying here in Yomitan was a big highlight of my Japan trip. The owner of the hostel is one of the kindest, most accomodating people you'll ever meet, we even went out for Soba one night! I can't recommend this place enough. 10/10
great location and wonderful view . the rooms were big and well appointed . would have loved if they had chargers in the room but that’s ok .
the staff is very efficient I would highly recommend this hotel
A quiet Yomitan hotel with a fantastic Okinawan culture experience. Breakfast was delicious with a verity of tradition dishes. The view was a beautiful rural farming area adjacent to the East China Sea.
The hotel is wonderful and full of nature! The owners are truly kind and always available for any questions. There is a washing machine and dryer available! All appliances were new and working well.
Great location, right on the main road, easy to locate. Well-lit and cheerful facade, the hotel felt quite upscale and the staff were very polite and responsive. We had a short but peasant stay.
The hotel is clean, has nice decor and is in a peaceful residential area so we got a taste of local life. Breakfast was superb and the best part was the private beach
Lovely place in the peaceful village of Yomitan. The bikes are free to use and the owner prepares a delicious breakfast every morning. I couldn't have asked for more.
