I spend a night here before go to Disney sea in the morning. It exactly besides the station, very easy and near. The room ok, worth the money. We can see the train from our window but it's not noisy at all. We can use the nighty, and there are two option kinds of breakfast western and Chinese. Very recommend

We arrived in the morning and left our luggages in the storage and went to Odaiba. It was only few bus stops away from Maihama station where you go for Disneyland and Disneysea. Maihama station is also JR station so we could get assistance to book our first Shinkansen ride. Bus stops is only few metres from hotel. There is Lawson, Family Mart and McDonalds nearby. They have coin operated clothes washing machine and dryer. They also provide pyjamas. Would recommend if you are going to Disneyland or Disneysea as it is cheaper compare to Disney hotels, but don't expect bigger space. The hotel can help with shipping your luggages to other hotels in other city.

I would not like to recommend this place to anyone for the value of it. It is too expensive for the value. I traveled all over the world but this one does not deserve the value. Name is 5 star but value is 1 star. Try getting something farther cheaper but not this one.

We stayed at Tokyo bay with the intention of going to the Disney Parks and visiting Central Tokyo. However where we stayed was further out than we had initially expected about 1 hour on the tube to get to central Tokyo. It wasn't a deal breaker but there wasn't much around to do outside of the theme parks other than going to Downtown Disney for food or shopping. We opted to just stay around Disney for the last few days due to this as we had two children with us and they were pretty tired at the end of our trip and it felt a slightly more convenient to do so.
Unfortunately we didn't see much else of Urayasu so I cant really provide much in the way of feedback.

I loved all the thoughtful bathroom supplies.
I loved all the thoughtful bathroom supplies. Refreshing waters near front desk, water supplied in rooms was handy and bathroom products were beautiful and plentiful. The one downfall was the very hard beds. Great pillows though. We had 3 adults and it would’ve been nice to have a bed instead of futon for our third adult. Staff were great and very helpful with great English.

Although a bit far from the city center, it was near Disneysea where we wanted to go and the train station is just a short walk away. Also near are restaurants like McDonalds, Wendys, and KFC as well as other eateries serving local dishes. There are convenience stores just nearby and also bus stops not too far from the hotel. The hotel room is clean and is kept clean daily, the staff helpful and friendly, and overall we were satisfied with our stay.
