Location - close enough to Narita station, within 1km walk to the old town street and Sensoji temple and possible to walk to the nearby Aeon (this is not the big AEON in Narita, but has necessities if you don't want to take a train to the big one)
Room is spacious enough for Japan, and they have shuttle to Narita airport. However, we had to catch an 8am flight, so unable to use the shuttle, but it's only 1-2 train stops to airport so all is good.

I only stayed 10hrs (overnight) but had the impression that I should return one day and explore the area as it is spacious and the hotel I stayed at was awesome! It looked quite rural in parts and original housing so was quite a treat to bus through on way to the airport. I would love to list what they offer but at this stage I don't know. One day I will ! It seems to offer huge potential for overseas travellers or city to country travellers. I think I've missed out on a lot this time.

Narita is a charming and friendly little city. We didn't have time to explore everything about it. Known for its temples there is every opportunity for good photos. Loads of places and choices to eat.

We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.

I live and work in Japan.
I live and work in Japan. I usually discourage people from flying into Narita, as its location is very inconvenient. One can usually save 1 hour travel time by flying into Haneda airport instead.
That being said, some flight connections or airlines only work via Narita, and it is a very nice and clean airport with good shops.
And if you have a connecting flight to somewhere else in Japan, Narita will do just as well as any other airport.

This hotel is the perfect location if travelling on to another area in Japan. It is fantastic for a "stop over" sleep. Next visit we will stay a little longer and explore the hotel a bit better. Staff were fantastic and the free shuttle from the airport is fantastic as well.
The best thing about this hotel was that is was located near Narita Airport. The 2nd best thing was the price. The lobby is very elegant and there was a convenience store there also. The room and property was very clean. The room size was actually very decent and not confining at all vs. the rooms in the city. The staff was great. Security was great- room key needed to access upper floors. Perfect place to stay if you do not want to hassle with the 1 hr + commute into the city when you arrive jet lagged.
Good property at convenient location if you are alighting late at Tokyo Narita airport or if you are departing very early in the morning as the hotel is just located at the basement of terminal 2 Narita airport.
For the fee I paid I think it was of decent standard and clealiness. The capsule hotel provides anything that you basically need for 1 or 2 night stay. They provide tooth brush, face and large bath towels, yukata and slipper, also a locker big enough to accomodate two lugguages.
I like the quite and cleanliness of the Hotel. It's not close to the Narita but they provide Free shuttle to the Airport, Narita Station and Aeon Mall which is great! Their facilities like pool and gym are very usefull when I had a free time. They also have a 7/11 on the ground floor which is convenient. They provide complementary use of the Yurakujo Spa. My 2 day stay at International Resort was a blast. Thanks!
The hotel has a great shuttle service from the airport AND a free shuttle service into town which was great because Narita is a really cute Japanese town. The bathroom is nice and large as is the room. It's a much nicer place to stay than Tokyo. They helped get my bags to my room. They have a Lawson convenience store in the hotel which is great too. Loved the free and easy wi-fi.
The airport shuttle took us straight from Narita 2 to the front door of the hotel.
We arrived too late for the restaurant, but the convenience store was still open. The room was spacious and three good size beds, which is difficult to find in the Tokyo area.
The next morning, we joined an early hotel bus that took us to our terminal for the next flight.
Highly recommended.
The proximity to shops and eateries is tops! The hotel is clean and functional and maximises the room space nicely.
We are just reflecting that we tend to move out of Narita Airport quickly to go to Tokyo and other areas. Narita truly has many gems worthwhile exploring. We will return for more and the hotel is one we will confidently book again.
We always stay here when we want to be near the airport for flights out the next day or arrive late in the day. Exceptional hotel that is super clean, friendly staff, great amenities, and fabulous breakfast in the wonderful hotel restaurant. The town of Narita is also very charming.
Very close to station where it's just 6 minutes to terminal 2-3 and about 10 to terminal 1. (Check train schedule though as they don't run continuously.) I prefer Narita City to an airport hotel in the middle of nowhere as it's a small town with at least something to see or do.
We stayed here overnight due to a layover in Narita. Great location very close to the hotel, with free shuttle service. Took much longer from airport to hotel than back to airport. We arrived late and tired, so ordered room service which was incredible!
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom are a good size and clean. There is a 7-11 inside the hotel, so very convenient to get food or drinks. This hotel also provide shuttle bus to narita airport, aeon mall and from narita train station.
Perfect place to begin a trip in Japan. Close by the airport, but also close to an amazing sightseeing spot. I’ve stayed in Narita multiple times and highly suggest staying by Narita San instead of the hotels out by the airport.
Excellent location only 5 minutes from Narita airport with free shuttle buses to and from several times every hour. The hotel was clean, very reasonably priced and even included free breakfast. Highly recommend!
Near to narita airport.
Shuttle bus to n from narita with 30 minutes interval up to midnight

Large room compare to tokyo hotel
Complete vending machine in lobby hotel
Easy access direct from Narita airport using hotel shuttle bus. Lovely room, restaurant wasn't open but convenience store in hotel had a great selection of hot and cold food for reasonable prices.
Close to Narita. Free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, Narita airport and Aeon mall. Excellent breakfast, so many items to choose from. Nice and clean lobby with separate computer/business room.
