Great value for money. Excellent location - metro station at door front. Getting around the city was very easy. Lots of food options and shopping available locally. A great supermarket opposite the hotel. Easy check-in. Polite staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Room was small but this was expected. We had the breakfast included in our stay. There were plenty of options for breakfast including Japanese and Western.

It’s ibis and you get what you expected. They also told us that the room was upgraded from Standard Queen room to King room, but the room didn’t impress us :(

Location is excellent, especially for food and shopping. It's in a city centre where it is convenient to walk around the shopping malls and many nice cafe and restaurants.
The staff is super helpful. I'd love how they help me phone up a sukiyaki place in Kobe for a reservation for our family of eight.
