Proprieter was very nice. I forgot to get food before I arrived and all the restuarants were closed, so he drove me all the way to the store. Communal bath was nice and walm. Room was large and comfortable.

It is not a studio, but a larger facility that was mainly empty, maybe used in winter. But we enjoyed the hot bath and having shelter in the midst of the wood. Walking up the mountain we had a gorgeous view over the region - in the distance lake Tazawa. That was worth it!
