It's a very good experience to stay at Grand mer hotel, staffs are courteous, nice and friendly, accommodating, except for the pool that I didn't know it's not available for me to enjoyed at. Pricey, but I love the ambiance inside and out, and I hope they make amends about their airport shuttle pick-up program, especially upon arrival in the airport very important factor for the new arrivals in the island.

The entire hotel was extremely clean and organized, large and comfortable bed!!!

The room is great! it is spacious with Jacuzzi, the sauna and massage chair. I have never stayed in the room with Sauna before. The hotel must once be the very luxury hotel. Though it is a bit dated, it is still well maintained. Moreover, the view is nice.
The host was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful, always suggesting to have some tea or coffee, very easy going. All shared spaces and the room were very clean and tidy. I loved the room, it was spacious and beautiful.
