Excellent location, within walking distance of Shinjuku, but also the two actual closest train stations are Nishishinjuku and Tochomae, which means you don't need to battle the chaos and crowds of the world's biggest train station if you don't want to! The amenities buffet in the lobby contains lovely skincare products and great hair oil too! Loved having the 7/11 in the basement, so on a rainy day, I didn't even leave the building before being equipped with an umbrella =)
