The house is big itself. You will need to share the house with the host. Her room is close to the kitchen, near the entrance.
The location is fairly okay, it is 20 mins walk from the ferry station. There are some convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance.
I originally booked the tatami room, with shared bathroom and toilet. However, we got upgraded to a two bed room, then we decided to take another room in the house.
The price is very affordable, even better than hostel prices. Just be prepared that you will need to use translation app to communicate with the host.

The lady running the place was fiendly and cooperative on the night I arrived, and we went to the supermarket together to get some ingredients. Room was nice and comfortable.

This place is amazing, so friendly and relaxed we were made to feel like part of the family. Really comfy beds and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfasts and great location for exploring the local area. We would love to visit again one day, thank you Momoco and Mario for a wonderful stay!

The hotel has an excellent location, right by the sea - every morning we could open the curtains to a beautiful ocean view.
It was also very convenient:
- Just 6 minutes walk to the bus stop
- 10 minutes walk to a FamilyMart
Bonus: The owner was absolutely lovely - super friendly, chatty, and always eager to help!

Great room, not fancy but spacious with a good bathroom, nice balcony. Fairly isolated so quite peaceful. It's about 20 min walk from most things including bus stops so it might be difficult to stay here if you dislike walking, but I didn't mind. Reception staff are available and friendly.
