Oh my. Easy to find (drive to the eki, look north-west, and there it is).
Swift and polite staff, and (here's the best bit), there's a free-for-use onsen built into the hotel on the 2nd floor.
Spotless, sparingly used, and it offers a post-dip treat of ice-cream and freshly made ramen (around midnight).

I find most customers are local people.
I find most customers are local people. The environment is quiet. While I drive around the area, I don't see many cars and people. Most shop close around 7 or 8pm. So it is advisable to have dinner before 7pm.

Muroran is a small town which is a nice and cheaper place to stop over than Noboribetsu which is pricier.
It is near the sea with a view to kill! It is really a place where you can just stay to watch the sun set and enjoy the breeze
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Appeared to be frequented by business travellers.
The location was within walking distance to JR station and food places were not far away.
