Great location for coming from or going to Kansai airport. It is very close to the train station and easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet with several close restaurants and convenience stores. The beds were comfortable.

Single bed with hard pillow (I actually liked the pillow). Multiple usb and two-pronged sockets for charging. Sizable private shower and toilet in a separate room, large sink in the bedroom. Free single use packets of shampoo, shower gel, and other things like cleanser, lotion, hair brush etc. Free coffee from 5-11am. Staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. Luggage storage after check-out available.

Location great- practically in the train station with lots of restaurants and shopping. Room and bathroom were big - like western style hotel size, 2x as big as the usual new Tokyo room. A real, full size cast iron bathtub!

Apa standart. Very close to 7/11 and train station to Namba... Arrive 1 hour before check in.. still need to pay extra 1000 yen even if you stay for 48 hours ... But staff is very friendly and helpful.
