Our only complaint was our room was VERY dirty (to be fair, our travelling companion stayed in a separate room and it was clean). Pleasantly surprised. I was worried this place might be a bit sketchy based on the pictures, but it's actually quite clean. My room was conveniently located right in front of the washers and dryers--which are a luxury in Japan--so I took advantage of that.
