The host was very helpful. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. The communal kitchen was very well equipped - tea, coffee, cooking condiments etc were provided. The gardens were absolutely beautiful - a peaceful haven away from the bustle of the city. There’s a lovely communal living room to relax and read in. Whilst it’s a 10-15 train ride from Okayama it was lovely to be in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

The breakfast was quite good if involving some strange breakfast items eg meat and potato stew. The location was reasonably close to Okayama station. The staff were pleasant and helpful and it was good to have access to an onsen.

The location was fantastic. It was 30 seconds from the Bikan area and there was a convenience store just across the road. Also, both the room and the bed were much bigger than normal for the price.

Modern and very well maintained. Spacious and very close to Bikan but without the noise and madness of the tourists.
