New and very modern. Room had everything I needed. Very comfortable. Check in was easy with many staff available to help. Plenty of restaurant and shops located on the 1st and 2nd floors with lots of choices of cuisine. Great stop over choice. Each level has a vending machine and microwave.

Great hotel overall, but on mistake I booked the room for smoking ones, and it was not so pleasant, so check before the booking your room preferences.
I also ordered Spa onsen for 500 yen, and it was a great experience, so I recommend it.

Excellent location, very close to transport, breakfast buffet was good. Great place to stay for our first night in Tokyo after a long day of travelling.

The location, 500 meters from Shinagawa station is a plus. The 7-11 store on lower floor is convenient. The gardens are amazing. The beds were confortable.

The location and shuttle bus to Disneyland was very convenient. The help from staff to have our luggage transported to our next hotel in Osaka was very helpful. The Staff member went above and beyond to help and the gentleman was in training also.
