It’s close to a main train station, so very convenient. The garden in between the Prince complex is outstanding; a peaceful enclave to escape the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. I was upgraded to the club floor and the room was large, clean and very comfortable. I e stayed at the Sakura next door which is outstanding.

Very close to Tokyo Big Sight easy 5 minute walk or less. Lawson on the second floor fully stocked with options for food. Had a microwave in room which was a nice option too. View of the port and area was nice.
Ours Inn Hankyu is located in the Shinagawa Ward district in Tokyo, 2.5 mi from Oedo Onsen Monogatari and 2.7 mi from Fuji TV Odaiba. Oimachi Station is located a minute's walk away.

I stayed at Ours Inn Hankyu for three nights. It was more than enough for a solo traveler. It’s directly across from Oimachi Station, literally a 2-minute walk! It’s part of this mall structure, so there’s grocery stores & restaurants & information booths under it. Laundry unit was gender-separated & functional. I used the spa on my last night there, highly recommend! Also, they successfully delivered my luggage to my next hotel so just ask reception. Every single employee (from reception to housekeeping) was amazing!

The location was convenient and easy to get to from the train station. The room was very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable - I prefer as soft of a mattress as possible and this was pretty good for a hotel mattress where they’re trying to accommodate as many different guest preferences as possible. I’d the mattress was comparable to nice hotels in the US that you might book for business travel or a family vacation. I don’t speak any Japanese, but didn’t have any issues communicating with staff.
