Great hotel overall, but on mistake I booked the room for smoking ones, and it was not so pleasant, so check before the booking your room preferences.
I also ordered Spa onsen for 500 yen, and it was a great experience, so I recommend it.

Room was clean. With APA you know what you get. Good value for money. Area is not very interesting, but transport links are excellent. Stayed here to go early to Haneda and it was perfect.

The location and shuttle bus to Disneyland was very convenient. The help from staff to have our luggage transported to our next hotel in Osaka was very helpful. The Staff member went above and beyond to help and the gentleman was in training also.
