Beautiful farmhouse with a great view. Warm and cosy when the weather was bad and the animals were a delight. The host was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location, lovely accommodation, with a lot of thought over details. Hot tubs available in the garden, which had stunning views of the mountains. Breakfast was self service in a cave like room, very evocative! All mid cons including air con. Two of us slept on a sofa bed, which was so very comfortable, compared to some of the actual beds we slept in on this holiday. We would have liked to stay for a week, rather than one night! Michele was there to meet me and gave me a great welcome. I met Camilla later and she was also very welcoming.
The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. It's just a few steps from the main piazzas, where there are bars and restaurants.
I was walking the Via Francigena, which passes literally outside Casa Garibaldi. It couldn't be more convenient

Tania was absolutely the best hostess ♥️. She made us feel fully welcome and had time to tell us about the history of the house etc. The house was a long drive away up in the mountains, but the location was just beautiful as well as highly secluded.
There was a large free parking space and many activities to attend to. The pasta in the restaurant was the best we had during our vacation in Italy.
